Minimum rental in high season: 7 nights
Minimum rental in low and winter season: 3 nights

The La Vila Feliz is usually available on the day of arrival at 3 pm and on the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 11 am. If your travel plans require different times, please contact us and we will try to meet you!

Long-term rental

Possible in the period from:

3.11.2021 til 3.4.2022.

from 2 months: 750 € per month
from 3 months: 700 € per month
from 4 months: 650 € per month

Including all facilities and wifi.
Electricity and water to pay extra according to consumption.

Final cleaning: 60 €.

Only after receipt of a reservation confirmation for the holiday apartment "La Vila Feliz" for the desired period specified in the online form below the reservation applies.

After receipt of the reservation confirmation, the deposit (50% of the total rent) is due for payment within 14 days by bank transfer. Bank details will be sent to you by e-mail in the reservation confirmation. Thereafter, the booking is considered confirmed. With the deposit you accept the terms and conditions of the apartment "La Vila Feliz". At least 30 days before arrival the balance is due (another 50% of the total amount). After that you will receive a confirmation of payment for the total amount. You can cancel free of charge until the 30th day before your arrival. Up to the 15th day before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% (amount of the deposit). The cancellation is valid as soon as you have received a cancellation confirmation by e-mail from us. In the timely case the deposit amount will be refunded.
