Only after receipt of a reservation confirmation for the holiday apartment "La Vila Feliz" for the desired period specified in the online form below the reservation applies.

Booking and cancellation conditions
After receipt of the reservation confirmation, the deposit (50% of the total rent) is due for payment within 7 days by bank transfer. Bank details will be sent to you by e-mail in the reservation confirmation. Thereafter, the booking is considered confirmed. With the deposit, you accept the terms and conditions of the apartment "La Vila Feliz". At least 7 days before arrival the balance is due (another 50% of the total amount). After that, you will receive a confirmation of payment for the total amount. You can cancel free of charge until the 15th day before your arrival. Up to the 7th day before your arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% (amount of the deposit). In case of cancellation afterward, there will be no refund. The cancellation is valid as soon as you have received a cancellation confirmation by e-mail from us. In a timely case, the deposit amount will be refunded.
